Reduced Letter Rates to Belgium

Since 1875, the first weight letter rates from the Netherlands to neighbouring Belgium were less than the rates to other foreign destinations. There were no reductions for other classes of mail.
 

The 10 cent letter rate to Belgium was effective until September 30, 1957.
